At Gharora, we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time.


🚚 Delivery Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery time across India is 4–7 business days.

Please note that delays may occur during holidays, peak sale periods, or due to unforeseen courier issues. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, they are estimates and not guaranteed.


🌍 Service Coverage

We currently ship orders across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


💸 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹450
  • Orders below ₹450 may incur a standard shipping fee, which will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS so you can monitor your delivery progress in real time.


⚠️ Delayed or Lost Deliveries

If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact us immediately at Support@gharora.com. We'll coordinate with our logistics partners to track your shipment and ensure a prompt resolution.

In the rare event that a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate, in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
